Will we see an Android facebook Phone on 4 April 2013?

We will see an Android Facebook phone on Thursday 4th April 2013. Facebook going to be fresh talk about its own mobile phone after Facebook scheduled a press announcement for next week.Techcrunch reported the announcement would be a modified verson of the google Andriod operating system. A press meet has been called by Facebook at its Headquarter at Menlo Park, CA to “Come See Our New Home On Android”.

Probably going to be an upgrade verson of the Android. Another report on 9 to 5 Google said Facebook designing this operating system for the new smartphone, which would be made by Taiwan's HTC.

Also Facebook's invitation said only "Come See Our New Home on Andriod". However the operating system of the Facebook Phone cant not be same as the total rewrite of the Google Android operating system. In an interview Zuckerberg has been heard saying, "Apple, Google, everyone builds phones — we are going in the opposite direction, we want to build a system deeply integrated in every device people want to use."
